Neal is an accomplished cinematographer and Steadicam Operator as well as an Avid Certified Instructor with over 30 years of experience. In 1989, he received his Master's degree in Media Management from Syracuse University and has served as the Manager of VPU since 1987.

Mary began working at VPU in 1999 as an undergraduate. After graduating with a degree in Television, Radio, and Film in 2002, she stayed on with VPU. Mary is VPU's senior editor and graphic designer.

Roxane received her degree in Communications from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1991 and began her career in television in 1993 as a part time news editor. Since then she has worked in every phase of the production process. She has been working at VPU since 2005.
