The Video Production Unit (VPU) of Information Technology and Services (ITS) is a full-service facility specializing in the production of educational- and instructional-based programs. Professional production services include scripting, shooting, and editing.

We can assist you in the production of a guest lecture, special event, webcast, DVD, or off-site program. Your requirements can be as basic as a single class taping, or as extensive as the production of a documentary for national television in HD. We offer a variety of formats to suit your needs and budget.

Post-production services include AVID® digital video editing, as well as an extensive sound and visual effects library. We also facilitate duplication, custom graphics/packaging, and distribution of programs. Our services are available to the entire Syracuse University community.
